IRSP as Resource Agency in WASH
After successful completion of the project, WSP-SA “World Bank” extended their support for capacity building of IRSP. IRSP officials were trained outside the country by expert trainers like Kamal Kar in the field of water and sanitation. Since then its staff has been visiting countries like India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand and Turkey and have been exposed to good practices.
Training imparted by IRSP to various organizations in Pakistan and Afghanistan
During 2006 IRSP emerged as Resource organization in WASH sector with the support of WSP-SA. The project signed with WSP initiated a movement of scaling up of CLTS across the country and many organization and Government agencies were trained in the field of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion.
