    • Targeted communities Consistently using safe sanitation facilities at the Household level through Strengthening markets (informed demand and Responsive supply) for the delivery of an improved quality of hygienic sanitation services<\/li>\n
    • Targeted population experiencing less diarrheal and other water borne diseases due to practice of improved hygiene behaviors (especially using, maintaining, and cleaning sanitation facilities properly), managing children\u2019s excreta, and hand washing with soap at critical times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
