The following are the headline amounts of the key outputs/services delivered:

  • People in the targeted area living in open defecation Free environment and children playing in the streets and yards with no direct contact with focal matter.
  • People in the targeted flood affected area living in open defecation free Environment and children playing in the streets and yards with no direct contact with focal matter
  • Targeted communities Consistently using safe sanitation facilities at the Household level through Strengthening markets (informed demand and Responsive supply) for the delivery of an improved quality of hygienic sanitation services
  • Targeted population experiencing less diarrheal and other water borne diseases due to practice of improved hygiene behaviors (especially using, maintaining, and cleaning sanitation facilities properly), managing children’s excreta, and hand washing with soap at critical times

  • Social Mobilization to identify CRPs in targeted areas
  • Training of CRPs on PATS approach
  • Implementation of PATS approach through CRPs
  • Mobilization of COs/VOs/LSOs on PATS approach
  • Carrying out PSC to identify poorest for households’ toilet interventions
  • Formation of school WASH Clubs
  • Trainings of School WASH clubs on hygiene awareness, climate change adaptations and environmental issues
  • Establishment of Sanitation Marts at targeted villages (Entrepreneurship development though microcredits)
  • Construction of low cost latrines at household’s level
